Delivery Times

  • Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure details are correct.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, customs clearance).

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processes may delay delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these timeframes.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@etwlife.com and we will investigate with the courier.

 

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order from The East To West Lifestyle Company Ltd©. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them.

Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, email us at info@etwlife.com with your order number.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items (unless goods are faulty or incorrect). We recommend obtaining proof of postage.

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged.

  • Goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life.

  • Skincare or cosmetic products sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive faulty or incorrect goods, please contact us at info@etwlife.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
